Job Role Description :We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager/Manager for Business Development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of forming and managing successful teams, along with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

Qualification :

1 . Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

2. Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in business development, with a focus on the bag making industry is an added advantage.

3. Demonstrated success in team formation, leadership, and management.

4. Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs in the industry.

5. Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.

6. Proven ability to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth within the industry.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
Form, lead, and manage a high-performing business development team.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure individual and collective success.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Conduct market research to identify new business avenues and stay ahead of industry developments.
Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and client acquisition.
Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring the overall financial success of the business development function.
Effectively communicate with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Conduct presentations, negotiations, and discussions in both English and Hindi.
Will be responsible for having strong presence in all major digital platforms & drive business through them.
Will be responsible to identity & participate exhibition thought out India to drive quality leads & eventually drive business.
