The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving client retention and growth. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in customer relationship management and a deep understanding of customer service principles and practices.

Qualification :

  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer relationship management or a related field.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
