Job Role : Customer Relationship Manager

Job Role Description : 

The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving client retention and growth. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in customer relationship management and a deep understanding of customer service principles and practices.

Qualification :

  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer relationship management or a related field.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  3. Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
  4. Strong knowledge of CRM software and other relevant tools.
  5. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  6. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Understand clients’ needs and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to clients.
  • Monitor client feedback and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Prepare and present reports on client activities, satisfaction levels, and other relevant metrics to senior management.

Insurance Coordinator

Job Role : Insurance Coordinator

Job Role Description : 

The Insurance Coordinator will be responsible for managing and overseeing all insurance-related activities within the organization. This includes coordinating insurance claims, maintaining insurance policies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and liaising with insurance companies and clients. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in insurance coordination and a deep understanding of insurance processes and regulations.

Qualification :

  1.  A minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance coordination or a related field.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline.
  3. Professional certification in insurance (e.g., CPCU, ARM) is preferred.
  4. Strong knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations.
  5. Proficiency in using insurance software and other relevant tools.
  6. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  7. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and manage all insurance-related activities within the organization.
  • Process and handle insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of insurance policies and claims to identify areas for improvement.

Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager/Manager for Business Development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of forming and managing successful teams, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualification :

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  2. Demonstrated success in team formation, leadership, and management.
  3. Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs in the industry.
  4. Excellent communication skills in both Tamil and English.
  5. Proven ability to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
